AUTHORTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICES BEARES

                       A) PRESDENT

1)     The president will strem line all activities of the organization

 2)      The president will be asnwarable to acicutive body

 3)      The presdent will sign all the project evaluation and feasibility studies

 4)      the vicepresdent with the consulations of the respective secretaries shell submet the report of fasibilities,evolution of the projects and also progress report to the presdent when ever required

5)      the president will directly grade the activities of the organization in absence of the president the vice president will perform the all  duties of president

 6)      the president may call expalnition or show case notice to any member or the memberc of his cabinet directly or any matter concerning ynr organization.

7)      the president may sanction any amount evaluated for the project of the organization in the absence of secretaries fainace how ever the secretary finanace  must make the written corresponding in the regard

VICE PRESIDENT

B)  vice president

1)      the vice president will  workn as the president in the absence of prediesent .

2)      the vice president will be responsible for all the activities of the organization regarding the project run by the organization.

3)      The vice president will be answerable to the president .4)      The vice president will be supervise the projects of the organization.

5)      The vice presidents will  keep the record  monthly and annual progress of the organization.

6)      The vice president will presnt the record of the progress before the board of governors when required.

7)      The vicepresident  will also be responsible for calling the meeting whenever required and will issue notice to yhe concern persons.

 

SECRETARY FINANCE

b)   secretary finance

1)      the secretary finance will be responsible for financial correspondence and fund  of the organization.

2)      The secretary finance will keep the record of the income and expenditure of the organization.

3)      The secretary finance will get prior permission of the president for the expenditure of the funds for the project.

4)      The secretary finance will get the permission of the president  for the printing of receipt books and other printing  material required for the financial  correspondence and records.

5)      The secretary finance will  inform the president about the funds received by him from any source.

6)      The secretary finance will attend all the meeting held  for the purpose of evaluation of the projects.

7)      The secretary finance will present the report of the meeting to the president.8)      All the feasibility  report will be first  presented to the president  for his opinion.
