4) There shall be secretary formal eduction.
5) There shall be information technology.
6) There shall be secretary modern languages.
7) Thee shall be secretary female literacy.
8) There shall be seceraty motivation & religious affairs.
9) There shall be secretary cultural affairs.

There shall be a general body consists of all the members of the organization to conduct the affairs of the organization.

The executive body shall
1) Consists of seven to ten members elected by the genral body in aspical meeting held for the same purpose
2) pass the annual object and audited accounts of statements of the preceding year
3) have the power to amend any article or clause of the constitution,subject to the approval of the genral body
4) decide and allow establishing new branches of the organization
5) open an account In any bank in the name of organization6)frame all the rules and regulations
